South Wales-based property management firm Seraph has strengthened its presence in both London and the South West through the successful acquisition of JW Block Management, a family-run business recognised for exceptional client service and a solid reputation in Bristol and London.

This milestone reflects Seraph’s ongoing strategy to extend its management portfolio into key growth regions. The sale process was expertly managed by Think Acquisition, a specialist business brokerage serving the property services sector.
